years.SUMMARY / ABOUT THE JOBThe PCB Design and Process Engineer
will create complex PCB designs for the AD&S division, ensuring
they meet modern design standards and are ready for manufacturing.
This includes working with digital, analog, RF, and power circuits.
The role involves close work with the Core Product team to ensure
the AD&S projects follow the design and DFM guidelines and
manage/implement the PCB design process, component documentation,
and library standards.
- Work closely with engineers to deliver printed circuit board
designs for AD&S projects, ensuring high reliability and
manufacturability
- Apply modern design standards to develop complex assemblies
including high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power
components
- Collaborate with the Core Product team to uphold Design and DFM
guidelines, ensuring quality across AD&S's PCB designs, part
selection, documentation, and library/database management
- Provide necessary modifications directly to projects to
maintain consistency with company-wide practices on a
project-by-project basis
- Work in a fast-paced environment, having to juggle multiple
concurrent projects and customersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional experience in PCB Layout or
Design
- Comprehensive knowledge of PCB layout techniques meeting
mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing specifications
- Expertise in Altium library management and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and applying schematic designs
appropriately for each project.
- Ability to prioritize tasks aligned with strategic management
directives
- Proficient in using Altium Designer for PCB CAD tasks
- Experienced in creating and managing electronic components and
libraries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively
- A strong grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Must be eligible to obtain a security clearancePREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in IPC standards with CID and CID+
certifications
- Able to offer schematic and circuit design support, leveraging
a solid background in electrical engineeringUS Salary Range:
$142,000 - $213,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an
estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive
of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not
limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical
skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity
grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are
considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
