Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Premium Support
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Premium Support team to ensure exceptional
customer service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
efficiently
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance
customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in customer or technical support, with at
least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong technical background and experience in SaaS or
technology-driven companies
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing
teams
Experience with support tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce,
Jira)
