A company is looking for a Staff Vice President, Risk
Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees execution and management of strategic initiatives for the
Medicare line of business
Drives financial goal setting for risk adjustment scores and
supports compliance and audit processes
Develops annual operating plans and collaborates with executive
leadership on strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care
Administration, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
required
8+ years of experience in strategy, financial operations, or
consulting in the healthcare, insurance, or financial services
industry required
1+ years of direct people leadership experience preferred
3+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred
