Job Description:
A company is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to oversee
the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing
efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, managing the entire
process from planning to performance analysis
Lead segmentation and nurturing efforts using HubSpot to create
tailored email workflows
Analyze and optimize campaign performance to align with marketing
and sales goals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a
start-up, SaaS, or retail environment
Proven expertise in using HubSpot or similar software for campaign
management
Ability to develop strategies for nurturing leads effectively
Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success
Content creation skills to write engaging email copy that aligns
with brand voice
