Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Direct I/O to
lead a team in media planning and activation across various media
channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning of campaigns across direct partner media
Develop a deep understanding of client business, marketing
objectives, and KPIs
Oversee the RFP process and negotiate program inclusions and rates
with partners
Required Qualifications
5+ years of related experience with 2+ years in management
Expert knowledge of the digital media landscape including display
and video
Strong experience in planning large-scale publisher direct
programs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work
on time
Experience in training and developing team members
