Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Recruiting & Retention to
manage recruiting and retention efforts for a truckload
carrier.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruiting and retention strategies for the
organization
Manage a team of 10 direct reports focused on recruitment
efforts
Ensure effective practices are in place to attract and retain
talent in the truckload sector
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in truckload recruiting and retention
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
Knowledge of industry best practices in recruitment
Ability to develop and implement effective retention strategies
Experience in the asset truckload carrier industry is preferred
