Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Coding Project Manager
(CCPM).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Customer Success Managers for successful project
implementation and coding delivery
Oversee the coding phase of client projects, ensuring adherence to
requirements and deadlines
Prepare project performance reports and facilitate effective
communication among stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum Associate's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related
field; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of coding experience and 5 years managing coders in
a healthcare setting
Current CCS, CRC, or CPC certification required
Experience with Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment and familiarity
with HIPAA requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications, with
advanced Excel skills
