Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst, Network Growth
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement network growth plans based on customer needs
and analyze existing network composition
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational
efficiency and collaborate with teams to streamline workflows
Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights, maintain
reports, and present findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics,
Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred
2-5 years of experience in an analytical role within the healthcare
industry or similar fields
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel,
and Tableau
Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six
Sigma) is a plus
Knowledge of mental healthcare systems and provider operations is
highly desirable
