Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Supervisor to lead
their global Tier 2 Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor Tier 2 support team members, ensuring performance
accountability
Oversee workload distribution and resource planning for the support
team
Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and
collaborate with internal teams to resolve them
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a
related field preferred
Minimum three years of experience in software troubleshooting or
technical support
Demonstrable experience in leading technical teams
Experience working in a global team with a distributed
workforce
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a high-pressure
environment
