We augment situational awareness via Lattice as well as simulate scenarios to train and test users. This provides a developer the ability to create tangible impacts in revolutionizing the way humans perceive their operational environment. You will have an opportunity to have direct, and iterative access, to feedback for creating these impactful XR solutions.WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build a custom Android OS to facilitate IVAS XR platforms
• Interact with prototype and early development XR hardware
• Adding, removing, and modifying system services and applications
• Assist in development of a custom XR Home implementation
• Analyze and optimize both memory and performance in-house built head mounted displays
• Identify technical risks and their solutions, collaborating with the broader engineering groups at Anduril.
• Ensure system stability by diagnosing and resolving defects.
• Identify problems; solve them: implement robust, high-quality solutionsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent C++ skills and software engineering principles
  • Experience working in large codebases to solve complex problems.
  • Experience interacting with kernel modules and building AOSP
  • Minimum five years of professional programming experience
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable and extensible code with attention to reusability
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • US Person status (permanent resident or citizen) is required as this position needs to access export controlled dataPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience developing with low level OS systems
    • Shipped at least one product using your system code
    • Be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearanceUS Salary Range$168,000 - $252,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
