years.The Business Systems team designs, builds, and maintains
internal systems, applications, and infrastructure across the
enterprise. Whether architecting infrastructure for complex
warfighting simulations, helping the sales team track deals, or
powering critical cloud services, the Business Systems team of
engineers are there to support. We are looking for a Digital
Manufacturing Solution Engineer to join our team to partner with
Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering teams across the company and
provide Process/Technical expertise in the implementation and
integration of our Digital Manufacturing Solutions.WHAT YOU WILL
DO
- Design and support the implementation of solutions that meet
the business requirements of the organization.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand business
requirements and translate them into functional and technical
solutions.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for
improvement and make improvements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of system-centric
projects, including defining project scope, requirements,
timelines, and budgets.
- Work with vendors and third-party service providers to
integrate systems and solutions into the company's
infrastructure.
- Work with internal software development teams to build out
custom solutions if we decide to build rather than buy.
- Provide guidance and support to the stakeholder teams on system
and process best practices, including training and
documentation.
- Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends and best
practices.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years' experience in an Engineering/Manufacturing
industry.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM
Environment.
- Experience integrating PLM and ERP Systems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve user issues, and work
autonomously to solve problems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with multinational companies composed of discrete
business units with possibly disparate software and internal
application requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.US Salary
Range$150,000 - $225,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an
estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive
of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not
limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical
skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity
grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are
considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
