Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel to manage
corporate transactions and legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on legal matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and
divestitures
Manage the lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting
and negotiating
Identify legal risks and provide recommendations for risk
mitigation
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and membership in good standing of
a U.S. state bar
4-6 years of experience in law (firm, corporate, or both)
Knowledge of corporate law and procedures
Ability to draft contractual laws related to services and
products
Experience in applying regulatory and legal knowledge in
decision-making
