Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to provide
technical and workflow support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve non-standard technical and workflow issues for clients
Provide product training and support to customers
Document issues in the CRM system and ensure timely responses to
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in technical support and/or customer service
Able to learn multiple software products and complex concepts
Experience with handling multiple priorities
Great time and task management skills
Proficiency with MS Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar
software
