The work will be challenging, but always rewarding.It's Work That Matters.OverviewSchedule: Sun - Sat: 7:00am - 7:30pm / Full Time / DaysPosition Summary: The Care Partner in 5West provides patient and administrative support to Nursing staff as necessary. 5 west is a 32-bed medical/surgical unit caring for a high acuity population. Primarily focused on respiratory diseases and infectious diseases, however we specialize on chronic ventilator dependent patients and diabetics.Minimum Qualifications: Able to write, speak fluently and understand English. 1+ year previous experience as a PCSA, Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred.Nursing Student Applicants: Completion of pediatric rotation preferred.Education/Licensure/Certifications: High School graduate and American Heart Association BLS required.Pay Scale Information$34,944.00-$56,212.00CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
