Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Implementation Specialist
(Spanish) to join their B2B Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery and deployment of the company's software for
clients, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their needs
Provide continuous technical support, troubleshoot issues, and
manage multiple implementation projects concurrently
Maintain accurate records of client configurations and collaborate
with product development to enhance functionality based on client
feedback
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS support and/or
implementation
Experience with Salesforce and project management tools, such as
Monday.com, is preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related
field is preferred
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, both written and
spoken
Experience in SaaS deployment, preferably with security
software
