Key Responsibilities
Onboard new subscribers and provide ongoing support for Microsoft
365
Document interactions and monitor open cases using Salesforce
Participate in departmental projects and strive for first-call
resolution
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service
3+ years of experience in a technical support role
Strong understanding of endpoint security
MS-900 Certification (Preferred)
CompTIA Security+ certification (Preferred)
