years.We are looking for a Logistics Engineer to join our rapidly
growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. As Logistics Engineer, you will be
responsible for developing, implementing, and managing integrated
product support across Anduril's growing DoD programs. Your goal
will be to optimize Anduril's approach to product lifecycle
logistics from design through sustainment. The Logistics Engineer
will ensure that all contractual logistics requirements are
developed and delivered in accordance with contract requirements
and industry best practices. The candidate will support multiple
programs and own the development of organizational logistics
training and policy.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead initiatives to develop and execute product support
strategies aligned with company objectives and customer
requirements.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, logistics, and program
teams to integrate logistics considerations and best practices into
design, development, and delivery.
- Oversee the creation and management of Contractual Deliverables
and Logistics Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs); including,
but not limited to, provisioning, logistics product data,
maintenance analysis, LORA, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, and
technical documentation.
- Develop organizational processes, policy, and training to
enhance logistics strategy and operations, with an eye for process
improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with DoD regulations, customer policies, and
DoD contract requirements.
- Support and provide logistics expertise at program milestones
(e.g., Post Award Conferences, Provisioning Conference, Critical
Design Reviews) and proposal efforts.

life.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business,
Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience within the defense sector in integrated
product support, product lifecycle management, logistics or a
related field.
- Expertise in DoD product support strategies and policies,
CDRLs, and DoD regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver on high-profile,
far-reaching organizational projects.
- Ability to train and mentor program teams on DoD logistics and
product support.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal
skills to enable effective relationships with other departments,
customers, and all levels of staff.
- Experience with DoD acquisition and development Program
Offices.
- Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.US
Salary Range: $108,000 - $162,000 USDThe salary range for this role
is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors,
inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based
on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training,
critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive
equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers; and
are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
